Judge

Kyle has over 20 years experience in managing parks in towns and cities. He has been a judge since 2019

Newton

Vice Chair, Judge

Victoria's background is not in horticulture but she brings much enthusiasm to the team. She has been involved in many community hort projects, such as Chelsea Fringe Henley and acts as Vice Chair to the group. Victoria heads up the IYN assessing team.

As chair of TCIB Ted brings many years of experience in Parks departments. After retirement he has been a dedicated supporter of TCIB and represents our interests at the RHS bloom federation

Chair of Judges

Steve has been a Town Clerk at Amersham for many years. Amersham have been a highly successful Thames & Chilterns in Bloom entry, recently winning the inaugural RHS National Overall Winner award. Steve joined our judging and assessing team in 2023 and has taken on the role of chair of judges for 2024

Treasurer, Judge

Julie is our efficient treasurer. She has been involved in Bloom as a participant (Bray) and a member of the judging team for many years.

Palmer

Judge

Wayne has over 35 years of experience in the hort and forestry industry. He currently works for a parish council. He has a passion for open spaces, woodlands and play areas. Judging has enabled Wayne to see the dedication and determination of other professionals and volunteers.

Phillip joined the judging team in 2024

Adminstrator, Judge

Claire's background is in IT but has always had a keen interest in gardening, especially community gardening. Claire is the 'geek' who keeps the website going and sends out most of our communications.

Bloom Ambassador

Judy is our enthusiastic Bloom ambassador. Her base is at the award winning Stony Stratford.

Secretary, Judge

Anne Kempson is our very capable secretary and provider of refreshments at our meetings. She has a wealth of horticultural science experience as well as practical knowledge and enthusiasm for gardening. She has been a Bloom judge for many years.

Marianna is currently the Bloom Officer at Wokingham council. She has many years of hort experience and joined our judging and assessing team in 2023
